Production phases
Cutting
For bulk production of products, CAMA is equipped with state-of-the-art computerised machinery to guarantee optimal construction precision.The pallet production chain starts with the programming of machinery designed to produce pallets of any size.
Assembly
Among the first work phases is the precise construction of the template and the composition of the boards produced thanks to highly qualified personnel and the use of the state-of-the-art machinery. CAMA reduces production times and costs to a minimum.
Shaping
Personalised pallets can be made and shaped to measure to create a perfect base capable of holding all types of product. The use of numerical control machinery guarantees perfectly levelled support surfaces, to afford maximum stability of the packed product.
Nailing
The automatic multiple nailing machines ensure the production of large quantities of products to guarantee optimal output levels. For pallets with more complex technical specifications, manual nailing is used, performed by highly qualified personnel. The manual nailing phase (see photo above), is a procedure selected according to the required quantity and type of pallets.
CAMA is also able to satisfy orders for low quantities.
Flame moulding
We can personalise all types of pallet with customised logos using the flame moulding process, by means of brass master plates.
